Polish Foresters’ Championships in orienteering have been held continuously since 1998. The organization which oversees the functioning of the gear on the orientation of the polish foresters is the Foundation Sport and Environment – The Polish Foresters’ Orienteering Committee, founded in 2002. This organization has its own anthem, flag and logo. The winner of the Polish Championships represents Polish Foresters in the European Foresters’ Orienteering Championships. Team has a mascot, costume representative and takes an oath as follows:
I pledge to participate in European Forester’s Orienteering Championship in the spirit of noble rivalry for the honor of Polish forests and Polish forestry.
